| | Premarital Education Program Certification
Starting Sept. 1, Texas will begin waiving the $60 fee for marriage licenses for couples who have gone through a state-certified premarital education course, including those conducted in churches.

Not all of the titles on this list are currently on the approved list, but if you find one here you are interested in utilizing, the approval process will be facilitated by your Regional Intermediary. | This list is not complete and all titles on this list may not have actually been fully accepted at this point.
