Leadership Training

The BGCT’s intercultural ministry office offers training in culturally specific venues as well as multi-cultural venues. Specific topics dealing with second generation, missions, teacher training, etc., are routinely covered, as well as more general topics of leadership, and can be tailored to your church’s needs. We work with 47 different people groups, not including Hispanic or African American.

We also coordinate work among eight existing ethnic fellowships. All of these fellowships assist in the enormous task of customizing materials and training to be culturally appropriate. With their insight, and the Mary Hill Davis Offering for Texas Missions, we are able to help provide theological training in Korean, Lao and Vietnamese. Not only are we a resource for ethnic churches, but we also are a resource for all Texas Baptist churches.
